TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any services from Biever Travel, Inc. Acceptance

and retention of this form acknowledges your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions stated herein.

  1. Biever Travel, Inc. (“Biever”) does not own, manage, control, or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant, insurance company, tour or sightseeing company (“Travel Supplier”). Biever offers retail travel services to clients, which are provided by Travel Supplier. Biever acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit from Travel Supplier. Biever is not responsible under any circumstances for any injury or damage you may suffer, in connection with air or group transportation, hotel accommodations, or other travel or excursion services arranged by Biever from Travel Supplier. Furthermore, Biever does not control and cannot be responsible for bodily injury, property damage or other loss or damage caused by factors beyond its control, including by not limited to: air turbulence, failure related to the public internet, telephone or other communication lines, disease or pandemic, your failure to obtain valid travel documents or to follow travel instructions. Biever shall not be held liable for loss or damage to property or injury of person arising out of events of force majeure, for including but not limited to strikes, war, acts of terrorism, extreme weather, flight delays or turbulence, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of such parties. Biever shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.
  2. All services or bookings acquired by Biever for client from a Travel Supplier are subject to all requirements of the applicable Travel Supplier and you should read carefully any documents or materials provided to you by such Travel Supplier.  Most Travel Suppliers reserve the right to change or cancel schedules/arrangements and you should consult with any applicable Travel Supplier for the same.
  3. Please check your itinerary and/or documents when you receive them. Report any mistakes or discrepancies within 24 hours of booking or all arrangements are assumed correct. Any penalties for reissuing documents after 24 hours are your responsibility.
  4. All flights require a valid gov’t issued photo ID. Valid passports required for all int’l travel. Validity requirements can be found at https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/countrv.html and your sole responsibility. Biever is not responsible for denied boarding due to expired passports, visa related issues, intoxication or prior criminal offenses.
  5. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of health requirements or vaccinations and/or documentation prior to departure or upon landing at your international destination. Go to www.cdc.Eov for destination specific information.
  6. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. If travel insurance has not been purchased, regardless of the reason for cancellation or change, you may have penalties up to 100% of the cost of your trip.
  7. Federal law forbids passengers from bringing hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. More information on what is allowed can be found at https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/whatcanibring.
  8. All cancellations MUST be made in accordance with the requirements for cancellation by the applicable Travel Supplier. Failure to cancel in accordance with applicable requirements may result in the loss of all funds paid.  
  9. Biever does not control and cannot be responsible for such factors as weather, government actions, terrorism, mechanical breakdowns, physical, medical or mental disabilities, your failure to obtain valid travel documents, your failure to follow travel instructions, or for denied entry at destination or re-entry into the U.S.
  10. Should you desire to purchase any services or bookings, your conveyance of credit card information or other form of payment to Biever is authorization, permission and consent to Biever to apply payment to the requested services or bookings. You agree to cooperate with or provide information to Biever necessary for Biever to complete the payment for any services or bookings to your designated credit card or other form of payment (check or cash).
  11. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. The venue for resolving any dispute shall be the circuit courts of Ozaukee County Wisconsin.  You will be responsible for any costs and fees incurred by Biever in collecting any balances owned for services and bookings arranged by Biever to the extent permitted by applicable law.
